  • A: Renting party supplies from our business is a straightforward and convenient process. To get started, browse our exclusive inventory of rental items, which includes tables, chairs, indoor and outdoor games, and more. Once you have selected the items you need for your event, simply add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.

    Please specify the date of your event when making your request. All items are available for delivery, so kindly provide the delivery location as well.

    Our delivery fees are structured as follows:
    - Small Delivery: $166.78 plus $2.80 per mile
    - Medium Delivery: $33.56 plus $2.80 per mile
    - Large Delivery: $500.34 plus $2.80 per mile

    Please note that prices may vary based on the quantity of items ordered. The Small Delivery option is the most commonly used. We will ensure that your items are delivered directly to your doorstep or event venue.

    After your event, please clean the items before returning them. If the items are returned dirty, an additional charge may apply. If you prefer a specific time for pickup, we will collect the items as scheduled, and a fee may apply for this service as well.

  • A: Please inform us immediately if any party rental items are damaged or stained during your event. Our team will evaluate the damage, and you may incur charges for repairs or replacements as needed. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your prompt reporting of any issues to help us maintain the quality of our rental items.

  • A: Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

  • A: We accept the following payment methods:
    - Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
    - Cash: For cash payments, we require eighty percent (80%) of the order total, plus an additional refundable security deposit of twenty percent (20%). This deposit may refunded unless the equipment is returned in good condition, clean, and properly organized as instructed. The twenty percent (20%) deposit will not be refunded if these conditions are not met. ll transactions must be completed at least seven (7) days prior to the delivery of rental items.

  • If a customer decides to cancel their rental or if weather conditions prevent installation, we do not issue any refunds for any reason. Instead, we will hold your funds as a rain check, valid for one year from the transaction date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, even in the case of a disaster. Additionally, there are no refunds for any unused equipment.

    Customers have 14 days to reschedule their event. After this 14-day period, any funds will be converted into in-store credit, which can be applied to future events within one year. This credit can be used at any time starting the day after the original event date.

    Please be aware that no store credit or refund will be issued if the event is canceled within 48 hours of the delivery window or if items have already been loaded onto the truck for delivery.

  • A: The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for using rental items at their event location, including park permits and noise permits. The Rentee will not be liable for any fines or penalties resulting from the Customer's failure to secure these permits.

  • A: Yes, if you cancel your rental less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, no refund will be given, and your credit will be applied accordingly.

  • A: The delivery driver will unload and move the equipment up to 25 feet from the truck. Any delivery beyond this distance may incur an additional fee.

  • A: Setup and takedown are not included unless you arrange for these services beforehand, which is specified on your invoice.

  • A: The damage waiver covers non-negligent damage or breakage of rental items. However, it does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by negligence.

  • A: Extensions must be agreed upon in writing before the original Agreed Return Date. Retaining possession of the rental items beyond this date without an agreement constitutes a material breach of the contract.

  • A: If you use the rental items more than what was agreed upon, an appropriate fee for the additional usage will be charged.

  • A: Yes, additional fees will apply for deliveries that involve stairs or elevators.

  • A: Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, or check. The balance must be paid seven (7) business days prior to delivery.

  • A: You will need to provide a picture ID and a credit card with a matching name. This information will be kept on file throughout the rental period and will be securely disposed of once the equipment is returned in good condition.
